Jeffrey Lazarus, MD, FAAP is an internationally recognized speaker on the use of medical hypnosis to address pediatric conditions like bedwetting, Tourette syndrome and anxiety. He also treats adults for a variety of conditions.
Dr. Lazarus speaks at physician and psychology conferences, hospitals, and to various special interest groups including athletic coaches, teachers, parent organizations, PTAs, musicians, actors, and parents of children with academic struggles.
He teaches workshops for other hypnosis professionals nationally for the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis, the Society for Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis, and internationally for the International Society of Hypnosis.

August, 2013. Dr. Lazarus will serve as a guest lecturer and teaching assistant for David Burns, MD, when Dr. Burns teaches “Advanced Applications in Cognitive Therapy: A Four-Day Intensive Training.” Dr. Burns is an adjunct professor emeritus in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Stanford University School of Medicine and the author of several best-selling books, including Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy and When Panic Attacks. Locally, Jeffrey Lazarus, MD has spoken at Stanford University Medical Center and the UCSF Osher Center for Integrative Studies, as part of the Pritzker Lecture Series on Integrative Pediatric and Adolescent Health. In March 2010, he spoke at the Nike Coach of the Year conference in Concord, California on the topic of Sports Performance Anxiety.
