Ms. Jo Cummins, Event Coordinator,
Parents Education Network: On behalf of the Parents Education Network (PEN), I wanted to extend a sincere thank you to you for presenting a talk on Using Visualization and Positive Self-Talk to Manage Test-Taking Anxiety and Situational-Specific Anxiety on December 10, 2010. The positive and respectful approach you take in working with students mirrors the understanding PEN strives for in supporting students with learning and attention difficulties. What stronger message could our audience have heard than your statement that "students have tremendous inner-resources and you desire to teach them to help themselves"?
PEN can only do the work it does because of people like you who give generously of their time and talents. We genuinely appreciate you sharing your expertise.
